The remaining parts ordered for the pool were delivered yesterday evening (7/25), but again had incorrect items. Our vendor has gotten an alternative solution with new pump and is going to be replumbing and installing Wednesday and Thursday as this is about a 10 hour labor job. The pool is expected to be open Thursday afternoon. Unfortunately, I must report that some residents have been verbally harassing our pool maintenance staff on multiple occasions while on site to clean the pool in the interim of us getting our parts delivered. Please be courteous as the staff is not responsible for the delays in the parts/manufacturing, and have already mentioned they will resign if such behavior continues, resulting in us having no pool company to fix or maintain our pool. Please note this vendor has given us substantial improvements on the conditions of our pool since we changed from our previous vendor. Also note, this behavior is violation of our Amenity Policies and can result in suspension of your rights to the Amenity Center. Thank you for your continued patience, and we look forward to having the pool up and running very soon.
