It was found that water pooling is occurring during heavy rain events and is contributing to damages to our pool motors. We have been able to have additional draining installed over the weekend around the equipment to prevent further flooding damages to our new pool pump. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on the new motor to arrive for the pump, and is being sent from the manufacturer direct. We are subject to the timeframe it takes them to build and send to us, and have been told it will ship to us this Friday 7/15. As soon as it arrives, our Pool Maintenance vendor will be scheduling it to be installed. We hope to have everything completed by the start of next week. We apologize again for the inconvenience, and hope with the additional drainage modifications made we wont see this problem reoccur for a long time.
